First time in. Service was fantastic. Work on my vehicle was as advertised. No frills, no hard sell or hidden fees. Very up front and to the point. Service is quick and reasonably priced.

Just picked my car up from the shop, needed some routine maintenance along with a couple of other things to be fixed. Im always worried being a female and not having the greatest knowledge about vehicles that Im going to get taken advantage of and that was not the case with this place. From the second I walked in they were nothing but friendly and informative, I had a budget and needed to stick with it! They not only gave me a loaner car to use but had my car ready the next day! Big Bertha drives sooo good now!! Im so happy and feel so much safer now! I would highly reccomend this place. They also gave me a 3 year warranty and 12 months roadside assistance!! 🙌

I thought it took too long

This is a kind, knowledgeable place that gave us great service and I highly recommend them. We have used Honest One several times since moving to Bedford this past Summer and they continue to do quality and affordable service for us. I highly recommend them!

$120 Inconsistent diagnosis, full of assumptions. Then he wants to charge me $ 240 for a deep diagnosis. They are Not Professional and Efficient. Honestly they are incompetent.

Every single person I spoke with at Honest1 was energetic, accommodating and professional. I’ll be recommending them to everyone. Was especially impressed that that set up a warrantied car rental for me without me even asking. I would’ve missed my chance to pick one up if it weren’t for Honest1 taking the initiative. Thanks!

Customer service is 5 stars Facility is 5 stars Chris and the shuttle are 5 stars Price was 2 stars (118 dollars just to look at the vehicle) Repairs are 3 stars- the main issue is fixed but my car is still shaking and I don’t want to take it back because it’s 118 just to have them diagnose it
