Honest 1 is reliable and dependable. I came in for a routine oil change, and they discovered that my battery was bad, even though I had no indications of this problem. It was under complete warranty, so I now have a new battery and never had to deal with being stranded somewhere, waiting for a jump or tow. Thanks, Honest 1! I will be back.

I had my 2016 chevy impala at auto nation down the street for a whole week due to my stabilitrac turning on long story short i had a horrible experience with them so i took my car to Honest 1 Auto & from the start they were very friendly, professional & most importantly Honest! they were very pleasant and helpful with discussing issues at hand. very upfront and the complementary shuttle service was definitely a plus.

so wonderful to have an honest, expert taking care of us hard working people. made an apt to get front brakes, explained what was going on. showed up on time, they took my car back on time, hour later, new rotars, brakes and overall check of vehicle. use them for oil changes and can always count on it being done right. thanks!

I came in for a state inspection, and it was a quick and pleasant experience. Customer service is top notch. I felt like a valued customer the moment I walked in. I met one of the owners and he was kind and professional. Ashley, the front desk receptionist, was efficient and helpful. I really appreciate that they strive to provide compassionate care in the auto industry. The lobby is very clean and accommodating. It has a modern open- concept layout and a children's area. Free wifi, snacks, and drinks. Free shuttle service too. I would definitely come here for any future auto needs.
