Called for a oil change and inspection after being told by 2 previous businesses that they had no one working this day/ no one showed up/ etc. Ashley was helpful, cheerful and got me right in. Had breakfast across street and car was ready when I got back. Great job.

Honest isn’t just in their name. Another company said I needed all brakes and brake pads replaced but Honest-1 Auto Care called to say I only needed the back ones done saving me hundreds of dollars in addition to the best price for the work to start! They were friendly and easy to work with and highly recommend them.

The diagnosis and required repair is consistently top-notch. Once work is complete, a good explanation of the problem and fix leaves you with renewed confidence in your vehicle. In every visit, weve had the car returned sooner than expected. This leaves us with the element of cost. Being mature members of the purchasing public, we always price-check our purchase. Honest-1 is consistently at or below the going rate for the service. Im not sure what else I could say . . oh yes. I came to pick up my mother who dropped her car. While waiting for her outside I asked one of the guys working if they had an air pump I could use as I didn't want to interrupt his current assignment. The guy did it for me. He was so kind and even mentioned although they don't do tires there that I needed to replace my rears asap. That was nice
