The customer service here is unmatched! Ashley was so knowledgeable and helpful, and admitted the problem I’m having isn’t severe enough to actually need anything done right now without charging me anything. She explained what the problem likely is, and what repairs I’m looking at down the line along with a ballpark cost for the repairs. They explained everything in a way I understood and answered every question I had from when I first called about dropping my car off to follow up questions I had after I had already left with my vehicle. This shop is a little further from me than some other shops in the area but I will definitely return here!

This is my 2nd time visiting this place, and both visits had been nothing but pleasant. From the people working the front desk to the whole building itself, love the cleanliness and the vibe that I felt and feel as I'm hanging out here waiting for my cars result. Love that before they do anything, they make sure that they talk to you first. And to top it all off, love love love the high table with charging station on it, totally a plus for me 🤣

I was running some errands when I realized my mother’s car was extremely hot on the inside. I called several places and no one could get me in. In 2 days I was going to drive my mother to Houston in her car. I had to find a place that could help me. I called Honest-1 Car care and they were able to get me in. He took a look at the car showed me pictures of what the steps were going to be as they tried to figure what was the problem. I couldn’t get a ride home and they offered to give me one. I needed this air conditioner working so I decided to stay. He let me know what restaurants were in walking distance. When I got back he loaned me a charging cable for my phone. He replace a valve and charged the system. Next thing I know he was letting me know that it was working and that the steps he selected did it. I was able to take my mom to Houston as scheduled. This establishment backs up their name and if you ever have issues with your cars air conditioner don’t hesitate to go here. Thanks again guys. I will be a loyal customer!

Great customer service. Definitely would recommend to family and friends or anybody else that ask. Took my car in for oil leak and clogged drain for the AC. They had the car back to me the next day all fixed. Excellent
