I inquired online to have my car looked at for a possible battery replacement, I was able to self schedule for their latest appointment at 4pm. I received a call the next day, with someone leaving a voicemail saying “we cannot handle an appointment that late,” my question is why even offer the option to schedule that late to begin with. What an inconvenience.
Hello Katrina, We received an appoinment request for 5pm, and we do take appointments that late. Since we close at 6pm, our service writer wanted to do a courtesy and called to see if you were able to bring in your car earlier (as it was a battery issue) so we could get your car back to you the same day and reduce the likelihood of keeping it overnight and inconveniencing you.
