We had used an auto repair place for decades, but they suddenly closed shop when the owner retired. We thought we would never find anyone else that we really trusted. But, then we tried Honest One. They have been nothing but wonderful to us for several years. All work has been done well and completely, priced fairly ( actually we think they undercharge, but don't tell them I said so), and with sincere good will and smiles from everyone there. We are completely pleased in every way. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!

I couldn’t be happier for the services the team at Honest-1 did. I was kept informed of the repairs and when it would be ready. I’ve used them every time I’ve had an issue or problem that crops up. They’ve been wonderful and reasonable so I’ll keep using them for repairs on my 2001 Tahoe

My car was having big issues on steering. It would want to steer to the right very badly. I took it to these folks and they swapped my tires hoping to see if it was a tire issue. They swapped them and found out it was the tires that were bad that was causing the bad steering. They didn't charge me either so I was thankful for that. I got myself a new set of tires and my car rolls great again. Just glad I found out what the deal was with my car. But I was thankful these folks didn't charge me. Even if it was a simple issue.

I cannot express how much my husband and I value and appreciate Honest-1 Auto Care of North Richland Hills, Texas. They truly live up to their name! Four years ago, we moved to the Greater Fort Worth area and were in need of auto-care. The quick lube next-door to Honest-1 recommended them to us and have been using them ever since. A couple of years ago, my husband obtained a truck with very large tires which requires them rotated at the dealership or else we would be having them rotated at Honest-1. Two weeks ago, it was time for the tire rotation and while at this appointment, the Toyota dealership notified me that we needed new brakes in the front along with a new battery. We immediately called Honest-1 to have them take a look at these things as well. A few hours later, after dropping off the truck to Honest-1 for evaluation, I received a call from Ashley. She let me know that after the evaluation, our brakes were still in really good condition and only had a small wear on one side of a brake pad. She also said the battery was a little low but still had a lot of life and just needed a charge. They keep the truck a few mores hours in order to give the battery a good charge. Upon arrival, (from their shuttle service) I was handed the keys and was not charged one cent for this diagnosis, time or battery charge. This is not an isolated encounter with Honest-1, it happens regularly, and because of it, great trust has been built. This is why we continue to bring our auto needs to this great place of business. Extremely friendly fast and efficient! Was in and out before I could even get half way through the complementary cup of coffee (the good stuff too, not the usual cheap horrible coffee you get in auto care shops). Will definitely return for any work I need doing. Loved the little Merry Christmas note and bag of chips left on the console too. Thank you for a great experience
