Thought they were friendly at first, but then told me I had more problems after getting my serpentine belt replaced. They lied and said I had horn problems, when I knew 100% my horn was working prior taking it there. I recently got my car fixed with another mechanic and told them to take a look at why my horn wasn’t working and it turns out they took out my “HORN RELAY”. Why? I have no idea, probably to get more money out of me, but somehow FAILED to test my battery which landed me on the side of the road a couple weeks later. They told me that it would be an additional $100-200 to diagnose it AGAIN and get it fixed whenever I took it back to them. My partner also reached out in regards of this horn issue and they never followed back up with me. Luckily, this new mechanic was HONEST & not DISHONEST like Honest-1. Please take your car some place unless you want to feel incompetent and end up broken down weeks later.
