We took our car in because our rogue’s brakes felt spongy. The mechanic tested the vehicle and wasn’t able to reproduce the problem. Most places would charge for the diagnostic but these guys sent it home free of charge and offered advice if any issues arise in the future. A great experience and I feel they are an actual trustworthy car shop. Will definitely go back for any future issues.

My truck had been running hot for some time, but Honest-1 Auto Care got to the bottom of it! They replaced the Radiator and Charcoal Canister. It took a few days due to waiting on parts, but they were able to send me home with a loaner car at no extra charge! Shortly after this, I needed to have my vehicle inspection done. When I brought it back in, Ashly inspected it in a very timely manner and as I went to pay for it, she said, "Nope, this one is on us. You just spent a lot of money on your truck last week, we got this one." It is very refreshing to find a place of business that treats their customers with such respect and quality of care as Honest-1Auto Care!
