i have older vehicles and have been in several times at the Hurst location my experience has been great every time, from the friendly greeting to the great service you'll find a near perfect rating with exception to reviews made prior to the new ownership Chris and Martin make every effort to provide information and the best repair i've tried others and have never been this happy with car repair Update April 12, 2021 Again, the service is phenomenal got a wheel shimmy solved ... rides like a dream again 😃 These people are simply incredible over and over, every time! check something out ... no charge! honest as the day is long! Thank you Martin, Chris and company we need 2 support ppl like this so they keep doors open! Update: i've added another vehicle! though i'm still buying Infiniti i get my best deal for repairs from H1 The guys are so much better at analyzing my issues ... i save a lot of time, and i'm confident about the repairs, actually seeing what's being done! i have enough experience to verify the repairs, never felt comfortable having the car taken away somewhere i couldn't see it! Update 3 Aug 2022 My steering was high centered it felt like it was floating at highway speed the crew at H1 checked it out and did an alignment i now have a perfect response in the steering!
