Even though I ended up trading in my car rather than getting it fixed, they gave me a thorough and quick evaluation of what needed to be repaired including pictures and a clear diagnosis of the issues. I appreciated their friendliness, speed and attention to detail. I'd definitely use them in the future if my new car has issues!

They truly lived up to the name Honest. Not only did they resolve the simple issue else Firestone told me was a complex and expensive problem, but they also helped find since critical issues that I was not aware of. They have advice on what to resolve even when the service they suggested waiting on would have been more expensive and profitable for them. They were transparent and sent pictures and videos of everything to show the problem. They were very fast and communicative on the service.
