I had an appointment when I arrived the didn’t have my filter, I think they should have checked to make sure they had my filter when I set up the appointment the day before Otherwise they did a great job! And are affordable

I arrived 15 minutes before the business was to open. I was hoping to just leave leave my keys in a drop box and call to let them know I needed an inspection done. The door was unlocked, and I went inside and was greeted by the shop cat, which was very friendly. I was able to talk to someone about leaving my car for inspection while I’m at work. I received a text back 1 1/2 hours later that my car was done. This is the second car I’ve taken to them and both times they have been friendly. I plan to use Honest-1 Auto Care when I actually need maintenance to the car.

I just come for a state inspection. They found the license plate light were bad and replacement of just two small light bulbs original service cost $64 per bulbs. I paid about $80 for replacement of typo tiny bulbs right at the back license plate. Anyway, I had bulbs replaced but they said it did not light on. I went home find the fuses and clean up and the lights on. Watch out for small fail inspection items that can be costly service.
