I had never been there before. I called in the morning about my alternator that was going out. They got me right in, provided me a ride home and got everything fixed before lunch. The work also came with a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty. The staff were all professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them based on this experience.

Honest-1 Auto Care is the absolute best. I had taken my Chevrolet Traverse to two different places that was telling me it was the timing chain and it was going to be $5000 to fix it. We took it to Honest-1 and it wasn't the chain at all. This day in age it's hard to find people who look out for people like me who does not know anything about engines. They told us they were going to give it a look and if it wasn't worth fixing they would say so. It was worth it and they saved us thousands. My Traverse runs like a champ. We will only use Honest-1 Auto Care from now on. If your looking for honesty this is your place.

These guys were great I needed a ride to take me to work while they were working on my car and they offered to take me to my job. They even picked me up from my work when the car was done. These guys were fast, caring, and understanding I highly recommend them to anyone who are in a bind or in a hurry.

This is the best auto shop you could take your car too. Although I am no longer in the area, I often think about the level of service here. They are SUCH kind, knowledgable people. There were multiple times that they gave me a heads up on a potential problem coming up. The front desk girl, Ashley? (Blond hair), always had a smile on her face and was ready to help. I go to another Honest Auto now closer to my new home, and while it's good it doesn't compare to this location. This is the best place you could take your car!! They know how to take care of you!
