From start to finish, these guys were awesome! I have an avalanche 2500 with the 8.1 vortec. “A unicorn”. The lady who answered the telephone, (I’m reluctant to call her receptionist, because I’m pretty sure she knows more about the necessary repairs on vehicles than most ASE certified mechanics,) was a fountain of knowledge from the beginning, and she gave me a Very fair quote. The Customer service was top notch, they got to it quickly, (next day) lobby is super clean, everyone was very professional. I was leaking power steering fluid everywhere I went. Tried stop leak, made it worse. They replaced my steering gearbox, did a full check, over other issues, oil change, and did a front end alignment. Overnight? Shuttled me and my little ones home, the owner stayed late so I could get a ride to pick it up. It was nice and warm parked in the shop. In todays times, it can be very difficult to find a mechanic, you can trust. I found “my Go-To Mechanics”, for whatever life throws at me, from now on. It is always a pleasure coming here. If I schedule an appointment, when I arrive to the shop my car is taken in right away. I am kept in the loop with any issues that may arise when my vehicle is being serviced as well. They are always pleasant I have absolutely no complaints.

We are always treated well and pay a reasonable price for work on our cars. We've stopped going to the Lexus and Cadillac dealerships and only go to Honest-1.

I had never been there before. I called in the morning about my alternator that was going out. They got me right in, provided me a ride home and got everything fixed before lunch. The work also came with a 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty. The staff were all professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them based on this experience.

Honest-1 Auto Care is the absolute best. I had taken my Chevrolet Traverse to two different places that was telling me it was the timing chain and it was going to be $5000 to fix it. We took it to Honest-1 and it wasn't the chain at all. This day in age it's hard to find people who look out for people like me who does not know anything about engines. They told us they were going to give it a look and if it wasn't worth fixing they would say so. It was worth it and they saved us thousands. My Traverse runs like a champ. We will only use Honest-1 Auto Care from now on. If your looking for honesty this is your place.
