I absolutely love great customer service and Honest 1 definitely exceeded my expectations. Every person I was involved with was super friendly, respectful, and honest. Sarah, Bradley, and Chris were all awesome! This company truly care about your car’s need and not just how much money they can get out of you. I also love their timely responses. The only service that I would love for them to add would be a carwash for your vehicle. This would be icing on the cake! ;-) I definitely will be returning for future car repairs.

i have older vehicles and have been in several times at the Hurst location my experience has been great every time, from the friendly greeting to the great service you'll find a near perfect rating with exception to reviews made prior to the new ownership Chris and Martin make every effort to provide information and the best repair i've tried others and have never been this happy with car repair Update April 12, 2021 Again, the service is phenomenal got a wheel shimmy solved ... rides like a dream again 😃 These people are simply incredible over and over, every time! check something out ... no charge! honest as the day is long! Thank you Martin, Chris and company we need 2 support ppl like this so they keep doors open!

The team at Honest1 is awesome! Called ahead to let them know we wanted to repair a couple of items that came up in a vehicle inspection, and by the time we got to the shop, they had already prepared the paperwork, so all we needed to do was sign and go. The car was ready much sooner than expected, and for less than the original quote from the inspection. Great experience!

Another great experience at Honest-1! Had some things fixed on my older car and my car is now running better than ever. As always, such a friendly staff with great customer service. It is my favorite car place hands down!
