Invoice #15062 I took my car because it was having starter problems. I had the Carmax care warranty and was about to expire in 700 miles. They called the warranty place and had it fixed. Their shuttle service is really convenient too! Thank you for fixing my car!

Great place, been there several times now in a few years for small stuff and when my car has an issue. Like one mechanic thought it was a starter. But honest looked it over and it just needed a battery cable replaced. They also let me know what I can fix next cause I work on my car too.

Great customer service and experience! Got me in within the hour, while others told me i would be waiting hours if not days to check out the car. Well trained mechanics who were able to diagnose my problem quickly and get to a solution fast! Elizabeth had great communication, I never worried about where we were in the process.
