I have given my business to many automotive repair places - from national franchises to independent garages. I have never been quite satisfied with the service at any of them. Most of them act like they don't care if you're there or not - I found one guy whose services I used griping about his customers on Facebook! After using Honest-1 for a while, my daughter and son-in-law highly recommended them to me. After one visit, I was sold. The front desk staff are fun and friendly, and clearly communicated with me every step of the way. When I declined a couple of suggested services, they didn't pressure me at all. The mechanics did a great job on repairs. They even left a bag of Cheeze-Its as a "thank you" after the work was done! I highly recommend Honest-1!

I'm from out of town and my car broke on me I called first and ms. Elizabeth was so nice professional nd courtesy come out I had a blown Head gasket and they didn't charge me to look at i didn't get any work done but the mechanic and Elizabeth both recommend me to other solutions to get another vehicle I love the honesty dat they gave I will recommend this place to anyone thanks alot u guys I really appreciate your hospitality honesty and concerns for me u guys are very welcoming to me 💞💞💞

Great place to get your car serviced. Left my car with them to get several things done. They took me home & picked me up so I wouldn't have to wait. Everything was done at a reasonable price. Excellent customer exp

I have had my personal vehicle serviced here as well as my company truck. Thankfully what work has been done has been preventative or maintenance but I still would recommend them to my friends for diagnostics. They wear masks as required by the current mandate. The office and vehicle bays are tidy, orderly and clean. All of the employees I have worked with, and met have been professional and friendly.

I've had my car inspected 3 times there as well as brake system work and spark plug replacement. Always quick friendly and very knowledgeable. Explain what the codes and everything mean and have my car air condition and ready to go for me. Customer service is amazing ...they go the extra mile
