Great service at Honest-1. Needed a new battery, which is buried a bit when accessing. They let me buy the battery at O'Reilly's and bring it in for them to put in I had various messages from the system but none giving a hint it was the battery. Honest-1 was very helpful with explanations. I asked about doing a diagnostic of the electronics because of the messages the car system was issuing. Honest-1 recommended not doing that unless I continued having issues. So, appreciate saving some money there. Just know that some Fords go into Vehicle Transport Mode when battery is low. Make sure you have the right battery to support all the electronics.
