Staff was extremely friendly and the waiting area is pretty comfortable with chargers and snacks and drinks available. The experience would be 5 stars but when i called about my repair and situation and the fact that ive been to other repair shops today looking for a better deal, they promised they would match labor prices to compete which is where i got sold. The other place i went to the bill was only $280. The final bill here was $488! and DID NOT match the quoted from the other repair shop. They use much more expensive parts and the labor they charge is expensive compared to other local repair shop locations. I almost felt like went to a dealership. Will i return? Maybe. But only as a last resort before the dealership. Apparently my vehicle was undriveable which is why i had to get the repair done here. But honestly at the end of the day i feel like i got duped.

Hot day to be sitting in the bank drive-thru for the office when I smelled burning coolant, heard a pop and smoke rushed from under my hood. Some nice folks pushed me to an empty parking lot. That’s where Ashley found me stranded with my hazard lights on. She called her boss, he picked me up right away and my car is going to be A OK! What a relief to find good people in the world with all this craziness going on in our world. Honest 1 ... you rock! #blueinfiniti

They were able to get my car fixed and back to me in the same day! I couldn't believe it. Elisabeth really knows her stuff and Bradley is tha man! Very comfortable lobby area if you decide to wait. Thank you!

That were very friendly. I was given a very large estimate by a local dealer. Honest-1 searched around for a used part that would work well and cut the cost by over 60%. In addition, they are giving a 12-month, 12k mileage warranty on the work. Very happy and will continue to go to them.

Honest-1 in NRH is amazing. The staff is so friendly and very upfront about the cost of the repair. I would definitely go again for any vehicle.

Just popped in to have my tires checked out and had an amazing experience. The gentleman that helped me was so nice, honest, and just made me feel so good. I definitely will be back to have new plastic covers put on my tires and to get my tires balance and rotated!!
