This has by far been the best automotive maintenance establishment I have been to in forever. The name of the business truly embodies what Chris and his employees are about. They are honest in every part of what they do. In this day and age it’s very hard to trust mechanics whether it’s a dealership mechanic or a mom and pop. Most see a customer walk through the door and see dollar signs. Being a fellow business owner I can truly appreciate when another business owner embodies honesty and puts the clients and their employees first. Kudos to Chris and his team. I am a customer for life.

I first found out about Honest 1 Auto Care in Tennessee while I was living in Kentucky. I never got a chance to actually use them while living in Kentucky but I was impressed when I walked in to one of the franchises in Clarksville, TN. So, when we moved back here to Lewisville, TX, I was happy and surprised to learn they had locations here in Texas! I quickly read all the reviews and decided to pick the Honest 1 in Hurst, TX even though there were locations nearer to me, Honest 1 NRH had the best reviews. So, I called first. I was impressed with the young lady who answered the phones. She was very friendly and professional. I decided to bring in my car on a Saturday. I tried to get there before Noon because the receptionist said they close at 4 pm. I got there a little after 11:30 am. They were quick getting my car in. I met the receptionist found out she is from Missouri. I’m originally from Illinois so we instantly bonded. As expected, the shop was immaculate! Very clean. Snacks were low in stock but yummy because boy was I hungry. I hadn’t ate yet. We were told the repair of replacing all three motor mounts would take a few hours but we definitely would get it done before closing at 4 pm. They took the car back and showed us the issues. Took us back up front for pricing and signing. I was okay with prices. It was a little high but the receptionist found a $75 coupon which I greatly appreciated! We left for lunch. I got a call after 3:30pm that car was ready! I paid and was happy with the results. I was told there was one more problem that I needed to fix to get no vibration because replacing the motor mounts didn’t completely fix the noise and vibration on the driver side. Which I truly appreciate. Kwik Kar in Lewisville on West Round Grove Rd did my brakes and didn’t let me know I had a warped rotor which I am very angry about. I will never take my car to Kwik Kar again because of this factor. Honest 1 NRH has won my trust and I will continue to use them for all my repairs and maintenance from now on. I’m impressed, I’m happy and even though their prices are a little high, I TRUST them to do the job and do it well. Thank you Honest 1 NRH in Hurst, TX for being just that HONEST!!!! And you did a great job replacing my motor mounts!!!! See ya soon for the “warped rotor”!!! And for the life of me, I can’t remember the receptionist’s name but thank you! And nice to have met you and thank you girl for taking good care of me and my “baby”. My car that is. And it was so sweet to find a note and snack in my car after the repairs! That was so nice! Friendly fast and fair prices

Up front, honest evaluation of car repairs- they shoot straight with the cost and do not recommend unnecessary repairs. Nice to see at least one auto repair business not giving in to improving their bottom line through dishonesty.

They are always attentive to my concerns about my cars and clear about the course of action they are going to take to get the problems solved. They are very friendly also!

These guys helped me out of a real jam. They provided me a tow, they replaced my engine, and they treated me with the utmost respect. High recommendation for anyone who wants to take the pain out of auto care.

2001 Ford F-150, original owner, very well maintained truck, garage kept and only used as a commuter for 2 years. Truck just turned 20 years old. The intake manifold had a leak. Went to a lower cost shop. Then had a leak. The lower cost shop said the head was seeping oil. Marten and James took a look and saw the thermostat was leaking. Explained what probably happened from the lower cost shop and fixed the truck. These guys saved me $25k because the truck was going to the crusher and I'd have to purchase wife another vehicle! Thank You!
