Usually, I have an excellent experience with Honest1 Auto Care NRH including both, my and my wife's car. Everybody is very professional and cordial. And the service itself is very good. This time it was somewhat different regarding the service. I have scheduled a transmission fluid change on Friday and asked specifically for the genuine Nissan CVT fluid to be used. When I came for a service on Tuesday, they were ordering the fluid packs in front of me. So, I had to wait for it, for no reason if you ask me. Also, there was not enough ordered. So, I went out after more then 2 hours being waiting. I hope this is an exception that cauught my attention. Still going to use Honest1 Auto Care NRH services because I believe the team can handle situations like this much better. Update on 2/4 Like I stated above, it was an exception, indeed. As many times before, it was great service and detailed inspection on my car. You can count you will get the recommendations for keeping your car running seamlessly.

We should have ensured we had the specific fluid in the correct quantity ahead of time so as to avoid any unnecessary delays for you. Since the service itself usually takes an hour and a half to two hours, be assured we were working on your car during that time.
