☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ (10) Star Company. My Mercedes Benz had serious mechanical issues. I had my Lady Mercedes towed to a dealership in Grapevine for repairs although I knew I would get over charged but I needed a loaner car. Dealership quoted me thousands of dollars. I left with my loaner and so disappointed. I was not feeling trust and truthfulness from the dealership. So I googled and found Honest 1 Car Auto. Reviews perfect. Called and spoke with Elizabeth. She was so polite, professional, happy and understanding. She calmed me. She quoted me less than half of the dealership. Towed my car to them and she has not run so better than the day I bought her. I will Never consider another auto repair company ever. They also cleaned my exterior and interior from the dealership's nasty greasy fingerprints but they also had a loaner, thank you card in my car and a snack. I love this company........wonderful employees and 100% to mechanics that are Honest. Thank you Honest Martin and very kind Ashley. May God please bless you all.

In Regard to your request for a review, I had my car in for service on Dec. 20th. with one of your coupons that quoted a $20.00 discount on a Full synthetic oil change including filter. add extra Quart of oil + labor for a total of $ 56..94. add to this an additional charge of shop supplies of 6.16 ???? disposal fee, Tax , and the total comes back to $71.30. Such a Deal? We also asked for a estimate for some additional Car repairs , including repair on the Differential and other things. Your estimate for repair of the Differential came out to be $1.363.46 including parts, $253.36 & labor $909.86 and a Misc, charge of $200.00 . Misc ?? never explained . I was told the job would take about 8 hours. I know and understand you are in business to make a profit, but I thought this was a little high, so I took some time to get comparison estimates from a couple of other shops in the area. Blagg Tire offered an estimate of about $980.00 , I then went to my Dealer ,Sewell Cadillac,, who I assumed would be Much Higher ,, Their estimate including parts, labor, totaled $806.00 and I was in and out with job completed in 1 1/2 hours. plus they changed my front directional bulb . I think the Service people and the Reception desk were very attentive and tried to give good customer service, with this said ,, I think you might want to review your estimate and billing policy's . Excellent work and service. They were able to work me in during a busy time frame and were very professional and courteous.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Did the work as stated, kept me informed of everything that was performed, were very friendly, and provided flexible payment options for the work done. Went to two other shops who over promised and under delivered. Lucked into Honest1, and will be using their services in the future for my maintenance needs.

I've had good service.Haven't done major auto repair but would ask for their advice.

JUST GREAT! After being charged for an expensive repair that I now don't think I needed, at Classic Chevrolet; and then being quoted an exorbitant cost for the repair that I actually did need from Classic, I decided to do my own research. I chose Honest-1 after reading their online reviews since being under new management. They gave me an fair quote for the repair that I actually needed ... and nothing extra that I didn't need. I have found an awesome local repair shop for any further needs.

I stopped in for the annual inspection. Was completed timely, and they gave me the heads up that I’ll need new tires soon. The waiting area is clean and spacious, with a play area for the kids so feel free to bring them while you wait.

I couldn’t have been happier with my experience at Honest1 Auto Care. Everyone was very helpful. They provided transportation to my home after I left my car for service. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.
