Today I called Honest-1 Auto care and spoke with Ashley, trying to get a quote for some work on a 2015 Buick Enclave. When I mentioned being able to get a particular part for cheaper, she made it clear that, in her mind, I had no idea what I was talking about. She then proceeded to 'educate' me in an incredibly condescending and rude manner, telling me any part I could get would be an inferior aftermarket part. I actually tried to tell her that the part I was referring to was actually from the Buick dealership (not some 3rd party manufacturer), but I couldn't, as she just continued to speak right over me. As soon as I was able, I told her that, solely because of her attitude, we would be taking our vehicles elsewhere. It's a shame, really; I've heard nothing but good things about this company when it comes to the actual work they do there. It's too bad their first point of contact is so off-putting. They have to be losing business. They've certainly lost mine.
