Lady at desk is a know it all goody goody that wont listen and instead re-educated me about everything.

This is the second time I have used Honest1 Auto Care NRH. They are all amazing from the lady up front Elizabeth to the gentleman who took me to my job while I waited for the repairs and picked me back up to take me back to pick up my vehicle at no extra charge. My vehicle needed a new alternator and it was fixed in one day at an affordable price.

They are excellent! I had lots of services done to my 13-year-old car, including an oil change, battery replacement, windshield replacement, spark plugs, and brake, power steering, and transmission fluids. They were patient, courteous, explanatory, and fast. The courtesy rides to and from work and the HealthMarkets employee discount are great perks!
