I had some deferred maintenance done on my older vehicle, and something unrelated didn’t work right when they were finished. They caught it, told me about it, diagnosed it, and fixed it all at no cost to me. They are truely honest and provide a great value. This location is the best.

I went here after going to another reputable repair shop that failed me. It's August in Texas and we cannot live without our air conditioners and the other repair shop didn't do what they said they were going to do they only checked the pressure. These folks checked everything and found out exactly what was wrong and fixed it! My air is now blowing cold as ice!

Took my car in to fix a oil leak that should have been caught by a quick change place. They quickly took care of the leak and sent me on my way with NO charge. I will never take my car anywhere else. Martin was so kind listening to my worries.

Fast, efficient and very courtious.

We brought both of our cars in for oil changes and a brake fluid flush and fill on one of them. The free inspections found a few things that were significant concerns. With the added work, both cars were ready before they were promised. After we got home, the window regulator went out on one of our cars. I called Christine who said that she could get us in even though it was close to closing time. This was huge as we didn't want a window left open all weekend in triple degree temps. The folks at Honest-1 always seem to exceed my expectations. They are the only place we bring our cars too.
