Great service and customer service.

We have been going to Honest One in Hurst TX for a while now. They have been great! They always explain what needs to be fixed and why. They have gone out of their way to help us fix our 1995 van. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I had my car towed to Honest 1 Auto Care and spoke to Elizabeth and the owner Chris. Both were very helpful and appear to be honest individuals. They kept me informed with my vehicle and didn’t overcharge. It’s hard to find a good, honest mechanic, I will definitely consider bringing my vehicles back to them as I feel they will not try to nickel and dime you, rather give an honest assessment. Even living 45 minutes away. I recommend Honest 1 to anybody in this area!

My A/C had been not cold for awhile, so I had my dad “fix” it. When we hit 100+ temps yesterday, my A/C was blowing warm air. They were able to fix the issue quickly and explain my problem. Can’t thank them enough for their service!
