Just as the name states, Honest Auto Care. Chris, and Ashley were very nice. They were upfront about everything that needed repaired. They shuttled me home, and picked me up when my car was finished. I am a very satisfied customer. I would recommend this place to others for car care services.

Vehicle inspection was efficient -- minimal waiting time.

Quick, attentive service and fair pricing. They are genuinely nice people, the lobby is clean and they had free coffee, tea, and donuts, and even left a snack with a thank you card after my inspection. I'll definitely be back and am recommending others to check them out in the meantime. 😊

Under new ownership The new owners are very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. The owners are always there. They really care about people, and they will always do the right thing.

What should have been a nightmare turned out to be quite the dream! I went in for an oil change and found out my CV axle was nearly broken, and needed to be repaired immediately. So I go in the next morning and am without a car all day. Any other place would have been a disaster, right? Not Honest-1, with complimentary Lyft to and from the store, and what started out being nearly $700 ended up barely being $600 due to discounts and them taking care of some of the lesser costs. That is not treating you like a customer, that is treating you like family! The long wait to service my car wasn’t due to limited staff or them taking their time, but because this place is SO popular and do SUCH an amazing job that everyone and their grandma wants to do business!! Therefore, book an appointment rather than walk-in like I did...just to be safe.

I love all the snacks and cold drinks they offer while your waiting on your car. I went during my lunch hour so it was perfect. Every employee I interacted with was very friendly and capable. I will be back and encourage my kids to use them too.
