I really am impressed with this business. I am often loyal to a fault and ended up getting screwed by my mechanic. I brought my van here this week. While I am grateful that they found out I had a warrantied battery and had its replacement sent over, my only complaint is the cost of labor for changing a battery is not cool- I know this is a practice (minimal labor costs even though it doesn’t take an hour to switch out a battery) in most shops and I honestly did not feel like being argumentative about it. Anyway, they were very nice. They told me what needed to be fixed now and what could wait. upon speaking with the mechanic, I actually understood what was described as being wrong with my vehicle. The shop is very comfortable. The whole staff is sincere and kind when they speak with you. They emailed information to me to keep for my records because it’s 2019 and who can keep up with a bunch of papers anymore? I hope more shops use whatever their formula is. I will be back. They’ve earned my loyalty and business.

Five star business!! I got an oil change here as my 2nd visit to this business. The front desk representative and mechanic were both very kind, courteous, and professional. The lobby was suitable for all ages with a great space for children to play or watch TV nearby the rest of the lobby. It was reasonably comfortable (it was a little warm for my wife in the lobby with not much movement of air). The mensroom left a little to be desired in the area of cleanliness. Also (and this is nitpicky), last time I visited, it was grand opening and the owner greeted me and shook my hand. However, this time he had a few opportunities to acknowledge other customers and myself but he failed to do so. Again, this is nitpicky and it certainly would not prevent me from doing business there again, but it just stood out to me since he made a point to do it last time. Customers should feel valued 1st and last visit. I highly appreciate the friendliness of everyone else and the thorough inspection (and pictures taken of issues) of my vehicle. The customer experience that is lacking at most other places is not lacking here, and this has earned my business for future auto needs. I highly recommend Honest-1 Auto Care!

Went in for a check engine light/ shaking at stop lights. After running the diagnostic tests they concluded they need to do run more test‘s. Those test would cost money. While I was deciding whether to pay the money to do the tests they went ahead and checked the easiest thing first which was the oil and came back and said well it’s not that. They drove me home and I left my keys at the shop. I called back and they drove me my keys. After the work was done they gave my car a wash complementary and even left me a little snack in my car. They also came and picked me up. They really did a great job all around. The work they did on the car is under a warranty and they offer roadside assistance within a certain mile radius for the next so many miles. I think we found a new car place in North Richland Hills. I really felt they went above and beyond. Definitely recommend to anyone around!
