Great service and friendly employees - as usual

One of the owners, Martin, was very honest and helpful about the issues going on with my Nissan Sentra. He gave me realistic options, the one I ended up taking saved me $200 which he even suggested. The other owner, Chris, was extremely helpful in getting me home while my car was being worked on and picking me up once they were finished, and even offered to assist in getting me to work if my car was still in the shop. Even the lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful with my questions before I talked to the owners. I can't say enough about how thourouly impressed I was with their service and customer care. They were so cooperative and understanding of my situation, and fixed my vehicle in a timely manner. I have always wanted that one local mechanic I could trust anytime, and I believe I found just that with Honest-1.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a repair shop. Everyone is so courteous and helpful, and they didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't really need. In fact, they revised their original estimate based on the manufacturer's recommendations when they realized the recommended maintenance wasn't necessary. I will definitely be back for all of my car maintenance and repair needs, and I love that this business is family owned so please visit them and keep them in business!

I would recommend Honest-1 Auto Care to anyone. They are always so welcoming and personable. They found a nail in my tire during the inspection that is included with an oil change, and I had the opportunity to get it fixed before it caused a flat!

These guys are great! Family owned and you can tell they are really trying, and want you to have a great and transparent experience. Family friendly too with a play area which is a big plus. For sure i'll be coming back here again when needed!

They have the best customer service here! I've had 2 vehicles inspected. Never a long wait, & they have a play area for kids, plus complimentary drinks & snacks. My favorite thing about this shop, though, is that they don't try to sell me a bunch of repairs that I don't actually need. Highly recommend!
