First-time customer and I have to say that my experience was exceptional. Everything from the receptionist to the end result was more than I expected.

H1 knows how to take care of their customers! My experience was the best auto care service by far! I normally go to the dealership but I basically had an emergency; the level of customer service, knowledge, and attention outways any that I’ve experienced elsewhere. H1 is my new place for auto care!

I had several things that needed looking at when I first visited this shop. Some maintenance and minor body work were my top priority! Even though they aren’t a body shop, they did their best to install my parts with what they had. They even reduced the labor price when they weren’t satisfied with the job. They also took great care of maintenance at reasonable prices. Over all, everyone was helpful and informative, giving me excellent service and treating me as if I had been a long time customer. I will definitely be back in the future!

Came in for oil change and inspection, but instead of just passing me, they alerted me of a tire with almost no tread. Thanks to them, I avoided a future accident! Finally, a company you can actually TRUST!

How great it is to deal with people who will give you honest work for an honest price. They told me what was wrong with my car and what it would cost to make it right, and the estimate and final cost matched to the penny. The repair was over three weeks ago, so I can tell it was done right the first time, not something you get to say about auto care businesses. They act like they want your business and make you very comfortable while you wait (I could review that part of my experience separately; coffee, soft drink, comfortable customer suite with a big screen TV). This firm has my business for everything auto related, going forward. They followed up afterward to make sure I was pleased, which is not easy for a business to do, so very much appreciated. Easy 5 stars.
