I went in for an alignment because I was having issues with the steering wheel. Turns out, I didn’t need an alignment and all and I just had a few loose bolts. They fixed my bolts and didn’t charge me a thing. They very easily could’ve taken advantage of me and done the alignment anyways but the name says it all. I will definitely be back to these guys. Martin was a very honest man and seemed very knowledgeable. THANKS!!!

Chris and his team are great. They took awesome care of my car and my family after an unexpected radiator puncture caused by road construction. I fully expected to spend the night in Ft Worth due to the issue (we were traveling), but his team was able to get us back on the road that evening. Chris enabled my family to visit NRH20 water park while we were waiting on the repair. Chris even dropped us off and picked us up at the end of the day! The customer service was as good as I have ever received at an auto shop. They even coordinated with my insurance company after we left to enable reimbursement.

Honest-1 gave me a ride home, replaced my brakes, picked me up and returned me to their shop. All in a very short amount of time so I could attend a work function. They go above and beyond and live by the Christian principles of the owners. Thank you so much for all your help!

The nicest people I have ever experienced in the auto industry. I have been telling everyone about how friends they are because I have absolutely never experienced that nice if service when it comes to this industry. They got me in and out quickly and answered every question that I had. I will never take my car anywhere else and after bragging about them, I have a feeling my entire family is going to start coming here. I HIGHLY recommend coming here for any car issue.

I highly recommend. Super nice people with fair prices. They have a free shuttle while they are working on your car, even if it's at closing time. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. I even go here just for oil changes. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, they do a great job explaining everything.

Martin, Christopher and Ashley are all very great. Very personable. Martin is very knowledgeable and let me know exactly what was wrong with my truck. I definitely plan on coming back to these guys for all my trucks needs and I will be letting other people know about them as well. Thanks.

The service I received at Honest-1 auto care in North Richland Hills was way above what I expected. Christopher put me at ease during our first phone conversation and assured me that they could handle a major repair that the Kia dealership I took my car to could not. Ashley worked diligently to find the part that Kia said could take months. She was very personable and kept me up to date on how things were going. When I picked my car up Christopher showed me pictures of the work that was done. I will use Honest-1 for all future maintenance needs and repairs. I highly recommend them.
